What Is EMS Training?

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. You put on a suit with built-in pads. The suit sends small electrical pulses to your muscles while you move.
Normal exercise only fires the muscles you're actively using. The pulses make more of your muscle fibers work at the same time. That's why a 20-minute EMS session can work as hard as a much longer regular workout.
You still move. You still squat, push, and pull. The suit just makes each rep count for more.
